Where menhera comes from
Menhera comes from Japanese internet slang for メンタルヘルス, or mental health.
It grew from online communities into a subculture that uses kawaii imagery to talk openly about mental health experiences. Pastel pink and hearts make room for difficult feelings without asking people to hide them.
That history matters to the name. The lab borrows the idea of a soft surface that leaves room for the truth.
At the lab, that means clear incident notes, explicit limits, and claims that can be checked. A dashboard can have hearts on it. The numbers still have to be readable.
The name is treated with respect for the people and experiences behind it. Suffering is never decoration or a punchline here. The lab’s intensity belongs to graphs, error budgets, and the work of keeping boundaries.
The product names keep the same vocabulary. 内緒 (naisho) is a secret kept between two people. 一途 (ichizu) is devotion to one thing.

Menhera Labs LLC runs Naisho for agent safety and Ichizu for specialist agents. One person is responsible for both.
